This is the first game from my Sinclair Spectrum 40th Anniversary Remake Challenge

Confusion is a classic puzzler from 1985 by Paul Shirley, Brendan Kelly and Ian Andrew, published by Incentive Software Ltd. It was available for the Spectrum, obviously, the Commodore C64, the Amstrad CPC, and the BBC Micro.

A fun take on the classic sliding picture puzzler game, that brings an element of action and time pressure to make it more exciting and challenging. Your objective is to align the traces on the board to guide the spark to the bombs to explode them before the fuse runs out.

Battle through 64 levels of increasing difficulty.

Instructions:

Use cursor keys to choose a level on the main menu, levels 01, 17, 25 and 33 are always open and accessible, others only when you complete them once, allowing you to skip to a previously completed level to continue from there.

During the game, cursor keys move the tiles, and space speeds up the spark.
